What does it cost? Mainland UK only
Regular Drop ship £16.00 + VAT - This is up to and including the following quantities for each frame size;
- Eight A3's (38x50cm)
- Eight 44cm Round Frames
- Four A2's (50x70cm)
- Two 70cm Round Frames
Large Drop ship £32.00 + VAT - This is up to and including the following quantities for each frame size;
- Two A1's (70x95cm)
- Two 96cm Round Frames
- Two 1.4m Panoramas
XL Drop ship £80.00 + VAT - This is an unlimited quantity for the following frame sizes;
- 2m Panoramas
- 3m Panoramas
- 120cm Round Frames
- A0 (95x13cm)
How do we deliver safely?
All of our framed prints are packaged in a made to measure, double walled box with foam edge protection.
In preparation for shipping, we double box each single box in a larger shipping carton with plenty of 100% recycled packaging paper.
In the very unlikely circumstance that a frame does arrive damaged, we will arrange for immediate replacement and uplift at no cost to you.
How soon will my order be despatched?
We keep all products in stock so despatch is within 2 working days subject to payment being received.
Regular and Large drop ships are sent via Fedex Next Day.
XL drop ships are sent via pallet or are hand delivered within 14 days.
How do I place an order?
Once verified as a trade customer, you can simply add your drop ship order to the cart as you would normally, checkout and input your customers address in the shipping address fields.
What happens if the customer would like a return?
We accept returns when your customer changes their mind or makes use of Distance Selling Regulations. You have 14 days to claim your return, however charges will apply.
Consumer Law
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 is NOT applicable to us, T A Interiors Ltd, due to the fact that we only work on a Business to Business basis. This law applies to consumers only, which you are held liable for as a Trade Account holder.
Return Terms
• These terms are also applicable to both Distance Selling and Defective Goods/Incorrect Items returns.
• All refunds will be processed as a credit to your account within 14 business days once the item has been received.
• All returns must be in the original packaging.
• Distance Selling Returns state that the item must be in the same condition as it was received.
• We will only liaise with you, our customer during this returns process and will under no circumstances deal directly with your customer.
• All returns must be submitted with complete evidence and information within 3 working days of your delivery for defective goods or incorrect item returns, and 14 days for Distance Selling Returns. We do not consider evidence submitted outside the agreed deadlines.
• Incorrect and incomplete notified returns may not be processed.
• The courier company will only collect the returned product from the registered shipping address (meaning, the original delivery address) and under no circumstances will the product be collected from another address. This safeguard is in place to inspect the product at the original address to avoid any possibility of breakage in subsequent transits.
• If the product has been moved to another address, the return stands void.
• If a returned item requires redelivering this will incur additional handling and delivery charges.
Returns Process and Charge: Distance Selling
We appreciate that you are bound by the Distance Selling Regulations and therefore we do offer our drop ship customers a no quibble return within 14 days of your order being delivered. A Restocking Fee will apply.
The restocking fee will be 30% off the original product price and your original delivery will not be refunded. Please be aware that should you wish for us to collect the item from your customer, an additional delivery charge will apply.
What happens if the customer is not home?
Fedex will attempt delivery 3 times. If your customer is not home to receive the parcel, it will be returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of resending.
What are the payment terms?
Payment must be made prior to despatch of your drop ship order irrespective of having a wholesale credit account.
Once your order is placed, a proforma invoice will be sent to you within two hours.
