Can I track my order?
Fedex and Pallet deliveries are trackable door to door.
For orders sent via our private courier we will provide you with the drivers details and they will provide you with a 1 hour delivery window.
How long will an order take to arrive?
For stocked items we aim to have your parcel delivered to you within 3 working days.
For bespoke or made-to-order items we will provide you a timeline upon ordering.
How are Frames packaged?
Each frame is individually boxed in strong double wall boxes which are custom made to fit our frames with foam edge protection. This allows you to store them safely or re-use the boxes for shipping should you require.
