UK Shipping:
UK shipping is FREE* on all orders over £400.00 + VAT.
*Excluding Highlands and Islands, please enquire for delivery cost to these areas
International Shipping:
We are happy to accommodate international customer orders. Due to the wide variety of shipping options and prices available for international shipments please contact us for a tailor made quote based on your location.
Lead Times:
Up to 10 working days*
*XL frames are sent palletised or hand delivered by our trusted local courier. Lead times on these may vary. Please call for delivery date.

Who will deliver my order?
For smaller orders we ship via Fedex Next Day
Large orders or large framed prints are hand delivered by our private courier or sent on a pallet.
Can I track my order?
Fedex and Pallet deliveries are trackable door to door.
For orders sent via our private courier we will provide you with the drivers details and they will provide you with a 1 hour delivery window.
How are your frames packaged?
Each frame is individually boxed in strong double wall boxes which are custom made to fit our frames with foam edge protection. This allows you to store them safely or re-use the boxes for shipping should you require.
How long will my parcel take to get to me?
For stocked items we aim to have your parcel delivered to you with in 3 working days.
Do you have a minimum order value?
No, however carriage paid is £400 anything below this will incur a charge.
How much is delivery?
For regular sizes it's £16.00, for large orders it's £32.00 & for extra large it's £80.00. You'll find our prices on our dropshipping menu.
Can you frame my own prints?
Yes, you can either send the image via the post or send us the file and we'll print this for you and frame it. If you just want the print and no frame, then we can help with that too!
Can you send a parcel direct to my customer?
Yes, we offer a drop shipping service so you don't have the hassle of stocking our products.
Can you make something that's not on your website?
Absolutely. We offer a fully bespoke service where our designers work with you to create the perfect product to your exact specification.
